Winemaker Dinner with Tenuta Torciano Winery
Winemaker Dinner - Thursday, November 10 at 6:30 pm
Journey through Italian wines with world renowned winery Tenuta Torcia. Your guide will be Lilo, who will be visiting us from his family owned winery, Tenuta Torcia, in San Gimignano, Italy. He will be visiting us in East Liverpool just for this occasion! Lilo will feature 9 of their Tuscan wines as well as three olive oils and a 30 year old Balsamic vinegar. The wines we will sample range in cost from $30-$200/bottle.
The Dinner Includes:
- Starter: Salumi and antipasto
- First Course: Zuppa Toscana
- Second Course: Tuscan Salad
- Main Course: Colossal ravioli with pomodoro and Parmesan cream sauce
- Dessert: Biscotti cookies with dessert wine
